Downhill IPA
6.5% ABV / 60 IBU / 5 SRM
One of our most popular beers, this one was designed with the hop lover in mind. We keep the malt profile light to allow the hops to shine through. We selected some of the most vibrant citrus and tropical hops we could find. The bitterness is subdued but the flavor isn’t. We hold off adding hops until later in the process to allow more of the flavor and aroma to come through to your glass. This double dry-hopped beer is sure to please the hazy IPA lovers out there.
First Chair Coffee Blonde
5.0% ABV / 14 IBU / 5 SRM
An easy drinking blonde ale with a nice complimentary coffee flavor and aroma. We used a medium roast “breakfast” style coffee to compliment this full bodied blonde. The whole beans were introduced to the beer for only a short period of time to give it a subtle character that adds to the flavor of the beer without adding any bitterness or astringency. Great beer to have with your favorite breakfast, or anytime of the day.
Beech Mountain Lager
4.5% ABV / 14 IBU / 2 SRM
This is what we think a Premium American Lager should be. This 100% barley lager is clear, crisp and very easy drinking. Whether you’re getting done with a long day on the trails or the slopes this beer will be the refreshment you deserve after earning those turns.
Twin Peaks Double IPA
7.5% ABV / 65 IBU / 4 SRM
This beer is a bigger bolder version of our flagship IPA. Twin Peaks is more of a fruity version of a West Coast IPA with it’s slightly elevated bitterness and alcohol percentage. We use a single malt in this one and four different hops to give it a fruity/piney flavor you’ll remember. If you’re looking for a dank IPA look no further.
Tilted Tartan Scotch Ale
8.5% ABV / 45 IBU / 25 SRM
This big Wee Heavy Scotch Ale should be settled into, in much the same way that the Scottish people settled into our beautiful Appalachian region so many years ago… with purpose and resolve! The rich malty notes and earthy hop character, along with intentional aging, deliver a smooth and complex flavor. Expect layers of caramel, chocolate, and peat with a moderate sweetness. If the mountain appears to be leveling out, it’s just an illusion! This 8.5% beer might have you well on your way to being tilted!
JBT Brown
6% ABV / 40 IBU / 21 SRM
Very few beers bridge the style gap as brilliantly as a well-crafted brown ale. This beer continually proves to be a solid year-round beer exhibiting roasted malty goodness paired with a hop presence to keep the balancing act going from start to finish. Almost as if these characteristics are being juggled on your palate in such a way that you can only taste the flavors independently for one moment before the flavor seems to transition. Many beers are able to juggle this balance for a moment, but this beer truly is a “Juggler By Trade”
Russian Imperial Stout
9.5% ABV / 65 IBU / 40 SRM
This beer packs a lot of malt flavor in a small glass. With rich notes of chocolate, coffee and delicate roasted flavors this beer is a stout lover’s dream. We age this beer on wood for a month in order to give it that fresh cask flavor. Feel free to sit back, relax and put your feet up around one of our many fireplaces while sipping on this dark delicacy.
Peach/Apricot Brett Blonde
5.7% ABV / 15 IBU / 4 SRM
We produce a specific Blonde Ale to pitch our Brettanomyces strains for secondary fermentations. This wild fermentation produces a unique flavor profile for these beers. After the beer is finished we rack it over onto fruit for another conditioning phase. Once the beer is fully fruited we individually carbonate the kegs and serve it to you. These beers are chock full of fresh tropical and orchard flavors for your enjoyment.
Pineapple/Mango Brett Blonde

Tangerine Dream - Fruited IPA
5.6% ABV / 50 IBU / 4 SRM
This beer is loaded with hops. We altered our brew method just so we could add more hops into this delicious ale. We started by adding copious amounts of hops during the whirlpool, we then added more hops during fermentation AND THEN we started dry hopping this beer. To this crazy hop schedule we also added Tangerine and Mango fruit to kick it up to the next level. Also, as one of our favorites at only 5.6% we can have several and still stay on the trails. The next time you’re dreaming of a delicious IPA make sure to head up the mountain and grab this one while you can.
On Saturdays, Mile High Yoga starts is from 10:30-11:30. Please secure your ticket in Ski Beech Sports, and plan to get on the lift between 10 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. to be at the Skybar Observation Deck by 10:30 when the class begins.
